The School World team is currently seeking a talented Trainer and Product Evangelist. The main purpose is to train customers on School World's website management products and education software, as well as train internal employees on the newest and latest products and technology in the company. Finally, the trainer will be responsible for conducting presentations and workshops at trade-specific events. .

Responsibilities

Provide support and expertise for all School World products
Assist in the internal staff adoption of different software products introduced by School World
Create and execute creative and efficient presentations and workshops
Able to train both on site and in office for customers seeking expertise and support.

Skills

Strong presentation skills
Effective interpersonal communication skills
Ability to create and execute various presentations and workshops
2-3 years previous experience as a trainer or teacher, preferably in the education industry
Experience dealing with customers
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
30% Travel
