Staff members logging into the Intranet would have view-only access to internal events, staff contact information and documents.

The Intranet system can expand as the demands from your district increase; providing the ability to funnel important internal information to staff via the Web with no public accessibility.

Visitor File Uploads

A new feature developed by School World in accordance with our page creation system is the Visitor File Uploads. Site visitors can upload files through a Web page on your site. Once a file has been uploaded, Web administrators can view the submissions in the admin area.

» Athletics Calendar — Edit Sports area has been reorganized for easier input of game results

» Email Center — Ability to exclude email addresses from lists when preparing an email communication

» Form Creator — Ability to incorporate secure fields, e.g. credit card number. Only available to clients hosting with School World.

Teacher Pages:

» Slideshows - Add customization to your slideshow as each image transitions from one to the next. Entire slideshows can be downloaded into a viewer format.

» Email Center - Upload email addresses in bulk from Microsoft Outlook or a comma separated format. Detailed instructions are in the Add Email Address area.

» My Booklist - School World now makes it even easier to search for images of book covers. Simply click on Add Book or Edit Book, scroll down to the Book Cover Image area and click on Find cover via Amazon.com. The system will allow you to search by keyword or automatically bring up a selection based on the book title.
